Voodoo Circle nous propose donc avec \u00ab\u00a0More than one way home\u00a0\u00bb son troisi\u00e8me opus. Ce groupe teuton a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2009 par Alex Beyrodt, guitariste de Silent Force, Primal Fear et Sinner par ailleurs. Il a recrut\u00e9 David Readman (Pink Cream 69) pour le chant, Mel Gaynor (Simple Minds) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 depuis par Markus Kullmann \u00e0 la batterie, Matt Sinner\u00a0 \u00e0 la basse et Jimmy Kresic aux claviers.
\nApr\u00e8s un premier album sobrement intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Voodoo Circle\u00a0\u00bb, et un deuxi\u00e8me intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Broken Heart Syndrome\u00a0\u00bb, voil\u00e0 donc \u00ab\u00a0More than one way home\u00a0\u00bb.
\nComme les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, il s’agit de hard rock classique, tr\u00e8s inspir\u00e9 par le hard anglais des seventies. Musicalement, c’est tout \u00e0 fait ce que l’on peut attendre de musiciens aussi talentueux. Riffs maitris\u00e9s, envol\u00e9es vocales tr\u00e8s haut dans les aigus de David Readman qui a l’air parfaitement dans son \u00e9l\u00e9ment. Pour les amateurs de ballades et d’histoires d’amour, il y a de quoi faire. Une de ces ballades, Alissa, sort particuli\u00e8rement du lot.<\/p>\n

Pour le reste, c’est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 \u00e9couter, mais je n’en ferai pas mon album de chevet. La sensation de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9j\u00e0-entendu\u00a0\u00bb est un peu trop pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute de cet album.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
