Si tu as mon \u00e2ge et que tu aimes les films d\u2019horreur, tu te rappelles surement avec d\u00e9lice Les Jeudis de l\u2019Angoisse sur M6. Et bien si tu aimes aussi le Death Metal, tu dois d\u00e9j\u00e0 avoir entendu les derniers sons en provenance de Necrophagia. Avec un sens parfait du timing, le groupe pionnier du Death Horror Metal va sortir \u00ab\u00a0WhiteWorm Cathedral\u00a0\u00bb 3 jours avant Halloween, et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en ligne un des titres de l’album : \u00ab\u00a0Elder Things\u00a0\u00bb.
\nEt je peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 te dire que la Cath\u00e9drale du Ver Blanc est un endroit que tu peux prendre le temps de visiter\u00a0! Chaque morceau de l\u2019\u00e9difice vaut le d\u00e9tour. Tu commenceras par une Messe noire de renaissance, pour te mettre dans l\u2019ambiance. Tu croiseras une Sorci\u00e8re aux rats, un pr\u00eatre avec lequel il vaudra mieux ne pas s’attarder, des cercueils, un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de cadavres… Et tu apprendras que les n\u00e9crophages ne sont pas diff\u00e9rents des autres \u00eatres humains, mais juste des personnes avec des passions diff\u00e9rentes. Le Metal que nous donne \u00e0 entendre Necrophagia dans cet album est assez r\u00e9jouissant, bien dense, presque dansant fa\u00e7on Adams Family dans \u00ab\u00a0\u0412\u0438\u0439 \u00ab\u00a0. L’intro de \u00ab\u00a0Angel Blake\u00a0\u00bb n’est pas sans rappeler White Zombie. Bref, le groupe s’est nourri de diverses influences pour enrichir son Death. Comme tous les bons films d\u2019horreur des Jeudis de l\u2019Angoisse, cet album utilise les grosses ficelles (un poil de grandiloquence, quelques notes d’orgue ou de clavecin, des voix psalmodiant leur pri\u00e8re \u00e0 Satan) mais \u00e7a fonctionne. On est dans l\u2019ambiance satanique-evil-n\u00e9crophile et la pochette est \u00e0 l\u2019avenant. Sign\u00e9 Joel Robinson, elle est digne des grands nanards et autres s\u00e9ries Z de la grande \u00e9poque.
\nLes 13 titres fonctionnent et sont m\u00eame assez excitants dans leur genre.
