Une jolie d\u00e9couverte que ce groupe Is\u00e9rois,\u00a0qui vient nous pr\u00e9senter son tout premier album. C\u2019est \u00e9nergique \u00e0 souhait, une v\u00e9ritable bouff\u00e9e de fraicheur et \u00e7a fait du bien\u00a0!<\/p>\n

D\u00e9finissant eux m\u00eame leurs influences comme \u00e9tant AC\/DC, MOTORHEAD, FOO FIGHTERS ainsi que DEVIN TOWNSEND – un savant m\u00e9lange qui nous donne un style plut\u00f4t Rock\/Blues\/Hard -, ce sont en outre de tr\u00e8s bons musiciens poss\u00e9dant une m\u00e9chante technique, accompagn\u00e9s par la voix du chanteur juste fabuleuse\u00a0! D\u2019ailleurs, si je n\u2019avais pas fait quelques recherches, je n\u2019aurais jamais pu vous dire si ce groupe \u00e9tait fran\u00e7ais ou non\u2026 Car FLAYED est bel est bien fran\u00e7ais\u00a0!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On d\u00e9bute par un morceau tr\u00e8s rock n’ roll, \u00ab\u00a0Sweet Coverage\u00a0\u00bb, qui nous annonce tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019ambiance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de cet album\u00a0! On enchaine ensuite avec \u00ab\u00a0Old Manners\u00a0\u00bb pour une petite mont\u00e9e en puissance vers du rock plus \u00e9nerv\u00e9. Le 3\u00e8me titre, \u00ab\u00a0Don\u2019t Cross My Property\u00a0\u00bb, est quant \u00e0 lui tout en fusion avec des teintes de funk\/groove m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 du rock. Le titre suivant, \u00ab\u00a0Son Of Sickness\u00a0\u00bb, se distingue avec ses contretemps et ses c\u0153urs soulignant \u00e0 merveille la voix du chanteur ! Le 5\u00e8me morceau \u00ab\u00a0Superhero\u00a0\u00bb, lui, nous ram\u00e8ne sur la teinte \u00ab\u00a0n’roll\u00a0\u00bb du groupe et nous voici partis au Etat-Unis\u00a0; il en va de m\u00eame avec le 6\u00e8me morceau \u00ab\u00a0Symphony For The Flayed\u00a0\u00bb, titre de l’album. \u00ab\u00a0Never Unleash My Hand\u00a0\u00bb, la 7\u00e8me chanson, revient sur du rock pur et dur tandis que la suivante, \u00ab\u00a0Upside Down\u00a0\u00bb, nous ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 nouveau sur une ambiance rock n’ roll \u00e0 souhait ! Pour le 9\u00e8me morceau nous partons encore dans un autre univers plus rock n’ roll et comme l’indique bien son titre \u00ab\u00a0machinefun\u00a0\u00bb, une ambiance assez fun et festive ! On termine cet album par \u00ab\u00a0Free Mind\u00a0\u00bb qui nous emm\u00e8ne sur du pur blues rock contemporain, tr\u00e8s actuel, tout en reprenant les \u00ab\u00a0codes\u00a0\u00bb du blues traditionnel. FLAYED fait son propre blues rock et le fait tr\u00e8s bien, ils nous embarquent tout droit dans un bar \u00e0 la Tarantino avec un verre de Whisky \u00e0 la main\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Pas d’ennui donc, aucun temps mort, juste du plaisir!<\/p>\n

Ce groupe m\u2019aura bien fait voyager tout au long de mon \u00e9coute\u00a0! Il appelle \u00e0 la mise en condition, \u00e0 se laisser compl\u00e8tement embarquer dans un style qui lui est propre\u00a0; c\u2019est un m\u00e9lange de beaucoup d\u2019influences, c\u2019est certain, mais aussi entre plusieurs \u00e9poques musicales, ce qui fait de FLAYED un groupe des plus \u00e9tonnants\u00a0! Un album tout en subtilit\u00e9 donc, nous faisant passer d’un genre \u00e0 un autre en finesse et o\u00f9 l’on sent parfaitement les inspirations musicales du groupe.<\/p>\n

Soulignons \u00e0 nouveau la voix du chanteur qui est exceptionnelle et reconnaissable tr\u00e8s facilement\u00a0: il a un timbre vraiment singulier et donne une signature toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 FLAYED.<\/p>\n

Je ne suis pas forc\u00e9ment attir\u00e9e en premier lieu par ce style de groupe ni m\u00eame sp\u00e9cialiste du genre musical que ses membres proposent mais j\u2019avoue avoir pris beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 les \u00e9couter et je compte bien continuer. Je suis bluff\u00e9e et d\u00e9sormais j\u2019adore\u00a0!<\/p>\n
