Une 1\u00e8re \u00e9coute quelque peu lin\u00e9aire, je prends ce nouvel album comme n’importe quel album, \u00e0 l’aff\u00fbt de la fausse note qui… la fausse note qui ne vient pas!!! Pour une fan de la premi\u00e8re heure comme moi, il est toujours compliqu\u00e9 d’\u00eatre objective. L’album d\u00e9marre en trombe pour mon plus grand plaisir, une ambiance peut-\u00eatre un peu plus agressive par rapport aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents albums, mais du punk hardcore \u00e0 la Sick Of It All en veux-tu, en voil\u00e0!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chaque titre a une couleur particuli\u00e8re et vaut la peine de s’attarder dessus, si bien qu’il est assez difficile de trouver une chanson qui se d\u00e9marque vraiment\u00a0: elles sont toutes excellentes… Un album \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Je retiendrais tout de m\u00eame quelques titres qui me restent tels que le 3<\/span>\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup>, \u00ab\u00a0Road Less Traveled\u00a0\u00bb, qui commence sur un rythme un peu diff\u00e9rent par rapport aux habitudes du groupe\u00a0; le 8<\/span>\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup>, \u00ab\u00a0Facing The Abyss\u00a0\u00bb, o\u00f9 Lou Koller partage son micro (Avec qui? Le bassiste Craig Setari? J’en doute fort, je ne n’ai pas reconnu sa voix\u00a0; je dirais peut-\u00eatre leur fid\u00e8le roady qui vient pousser la chansonnette sur sc\u00e8ne lors de leurs concerts) pour nous offrir un morceau tr\u00e8s chantant\u00a0; le 11<\/span>\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup>, \u00ab\u00a0Beltway Gateway\u00a0\u00bb, qui sera l’un des tubes de leurs prochains concerts et enfin le 13<\/span>\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup>, \u00ab\u00a0Outgunned\u00a0\u00bb. Des titres qui me rappellent toute cette \u00e9nergie qui fait de ce groupe l’un de mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s depuis presque 20 ans. La palme revient au sublime 14\u00e8me titre \u00ab\u00a0DNC\u00a0\u00bb qui m’aura fait apparaitre LA grosse banane sur le visage que j’attendais depuis le d\u00e9but, LE \u00ab\u00a0sing along\u00a0\u00bb de l’album le voil\u00e0, un p***** de titre dans le plus pur style punk hardcore!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bref, encore une flop\u00e9e de tubes dans ce nouvel album tout en roulements de batterie o\u00f9 tout s’encha\u00eene sur du neuf, de la subtilit\u00e9, du bon, du Sick Of It All! D\u2019ailleurs, je me le remets dans les cages \u00e0 miel, vous me suivez?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
