Un joli son de gratte, un son de basse bien rond, une batteuse propre comme un s\u00e9ant de vierge, un chant qui n\u2019est pas sans rappeler un m\u00e9lange de l\u2019excellent Mordred, des g\u00e9niaux President of the USA, des talentueux R.E.M., des divins Aerosmith\u2026 ( je dis \u00ab\u00a0divins\u00a0\u00bb parce que seul un dieu peut accoucher d\u2019une Liv Tyler sans sourciller)\u2026 Bref un cocktail d\u2019inspirations toutes excellentes. Sauf que, et j\u2019entends vos sourcils froncer d\u2019ici, j\u2019ai une f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9tester les compositions qui commencent et finissent par le m\u00eame riff de guitare. C\u2019est ainsi, \u00e0 la gen\u00e8se nous n\u2019avons pas tous \u00e9t\u00e9 faits de la m\u00eame argile et que moi\u2026 bah ca me gonfle. Je reconnais volontiers que cette musique est entrainante, que les zicos sont en place (en studio ce serait malheureux qu\u2019il en soit autrement) et que ces petites m\u00e9lodies sont bien sympatoches. N\u00e9anmoins cela manque d\u2019une franche originalit\u00e9, rien ne nous fait d\u00e9coller, rien n\u2019est surprise, rien n\u2019est empreint de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, rien n\u2019est audace\u2026 Le genre de musique qui passe chez Auchan et qui nous fait mouvoir notre popotin en poussant notre caddie. Qu\u2019on me comprenne, je ne crache pas dans la soupe car ce disque n\u2019en est pas, c\u2019est m\u00eame une excellente production, dont les compositions n\u2019ont certes pas retenu mon int\u00e9r\u00eat.
