The Supersuckers, dont un des membres se nomme Eddie Spaghetti, est, comme tu peux t\u2019en douter, un groupe qui n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour se prendre la t\u00eate. Ils sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre depuis 1988 et \u00ab\u00a0Get The Hell\u00a0\u00bb est leur 18\u00e8me<\/sup> album (en comptant un certain nombre de lives). Un de leur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents disques a surement remport\u00e9 le Guinness du plus long titre d\u2019album avec \u00ab\u00a0How the Supersuckers Became the Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World\u201d. <\/i>Modestes en plus, comme tu vois.
\nPour revenir au sujet principal de cette chronique, \u201cGet The Hell\u201d est un album de tr\u00e8s bon aloi pour qui aime le Rock n\u2019 Roll et la testost\u00e9rone. Les deux vont souvent ensemble, me diras-tu. En effet. Disons qu\u2019ici tout transpire le m\u00e2le viril, et ce, sans aucun d\u00e9tour ou figure de style. D\u2019entr\u00e9e, on note une certaine ressemblance entre la voix du chanteur, Eddie Spaghetti donc, et celle du mythique Lemmy. Ensuite, les titres \u00e0 eux seuls sont r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs d\u2019un certain \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, entre \u00ab\u00a0Get The Hell\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Fuck Up\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Disaster Bastard\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les paroles sont du m\u00eame acabit, avec des histoires de territoire d\u00e9fendu \u00e0 grands coups de bottes de motard. Une concession plus fleur bleue avec \u00ab\u00a0High Tonight\u00a0\u00bb, mais tu t’en doutes, il est plus question de romance alcoolis\u00e9e d’un soir que d’amours \u00e9ternelles.<\/p>\n

Et pour ce qui est de la musique, et bien, c\u2019est du Rock n\u2019 Roll dop\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adr\u00e9naline\u00a0! Les gars sont assez friands de reprises et en d\u00e9livrent deux dans cet album\u00a0: le d\u00e9licieusement syncop\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Rock On\u00a0\u00bb de Gary Glitter et le outrageusement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Never Let Me Down Again\u00a0\u00bb de Depeche Mode. Les deux valent le d\u00e9tour\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Le seul reproche qu\u2019on peut faire \u00e0 cet album, c\u2019est qu\u2019il est trop court\u00a0! A part \u00e7a, \u00ab\u00a0Get The Hell\u00a0\u00bb sera une tr\u00e8s bonne entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re pour cette ann\u00e9e 2014\u00a0!<\/p>\n
