Apr\u00e8s avoir op\u00e9r\u00e9 10 ans chez Victory Records (<strong>Carnifex, Emmure, Ill Ni\u00f1o<\/strong>), les voila chez l\u2019excellent Century Media Records (<strong>Arch Enemy, Emepror, Opeth<\/strong>), une promotion\u00a0? Une reconnaissance plus importante pour ce groupe devenu une valeur s\u00fbre du Metalcore dans le monde\u00a0? Quoi qu\u2019il en soit la production est assur\u00e9e par une pointure dans le Death M\u00e9lodique \u00e0 savoir Peter Wichers le guitariste de\u00a0<strong>Soilwork<\/strong>, collaboration qui se ressent bien \u00e9videmment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute du disque. Ce dernier est dans sa globalit\u00e9 beaucoup plus m\u00e9lodique et donc beaucoup moins rageur que\u00a0<strong>The Eternal Return<\/strong>\u00a0le pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent opus. La voix de John Henry est un peu moins sale, comme je m\u2019\u00e9tais innocemment habitu\u00e9 avec le tr\u00e8s bon\u00a0<strong>Undoing Ruin<\/strong>\u00a0sortie en 2005. Cependant, aucune partie n\u2019est en chant claire (et heureusement). Le quintette nous a toujours habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 quelques changements au fil des albums mais les compositions gardent tout de m\u00eame une bonne dose d\u2019agressivit\u00e9. Tel que \u00ab\u00a0The world engulfed In flames\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: belle intro pour un morceau qui poss\u00e8de beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie et qui met les fans d\u2019accords. Nous serons quelque peu envo\u00fbter par \u00ab\u00a0Terra solaris\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0qui contient de magnifiques m\u00e9lodies, limite riff rock. Morceau un peu long mais qui fait beau gosse\u00a0: \u00e0 \u00e9couter dans sa voiture avec une nana.
